As a Senior Associate, your role is to turn analytical insights into actionable business outcomes for some of the world’s largest companies. Responsibilities Analyze client data and develop actionable recommendations. Present findings and work with clients from shop floor to C‑suite to implement solutions. Support rapid, sustainable results in areas such as process improvement, supply chain optimization, and back‑office transformation. Collaborate with Senior Associates and partners to refine and deliver high‑impact strategies. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience. Bachelor’s degree. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree or MBA. Experience in the natural resources industry. Analytics experience including Excel and quantitative analysis. Compensation Annual salary ranges from approximately $68,300 to $220,400, varying by location, role, skills, and experience.
