You're hands-on, safety-focused, and comfortable working with central plant equipment and building automation systems.In this role, you willPerform maintenance, repair, and operation of HVAC systemsSupport chillers, boilers, air handling units, and building systemsResponding to service calls and troubleshoot issuesMaintain accurate work orders and maintenance recordsAssist with control room and Engineering Watch coverage as neededMonitor system performance and adjust controls for efficiencyFollow all safety procedures and standardsWhat you'll bring10 years of HVAC or related experienceExperience with central plant systemsKnowledge of BMS/building automation systemsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsHVAC certification or training (preferred)Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in a physical environmentPursuant to local law, Colliers is disclosing the following information:Area/Location Specific: Boston, MAApproximate Hourly Rate for this Role: $26.81/hour to $48.08/hourOur compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations.
