Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a CNC Laser Technician to support our client in Charlotte, NC.
Quick facts- Pay: $20/hr
- Schedule: 2nd shift, 1:00 PM–10:00 PM
- Training: Must be able to train on 1st shift
- Location: Charlotte, NC
- You can set up, calibrate, and keep a Mitsubishi CNC laser cutting machine running smoothly.
- You read blueprints and technical drawings to confirm material, tolerances, and cutting parameters.
- You verify quality with calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.
- You jump in where needed—using hand tools and fabrication techniques to assist with assembly.
- You keep the work area spotless and follow safety protocols without exception.
- You help troubleshoot alarms and complete basic repairs to minimize downtime.
- You work with your team to keep production on schedule.
By operating the CNC laser with accuracy and care, you ensure parts meet spec the first time, schedules stay intact, and quality stays consistent—every shift.
