Fashion Styling & Photo Production Coordinator - Freelance

FASHION STYLING & PHOTO PRODUCTION COORDINATOR Freelance | 5 Days per Week | $20/Hour Peerless Clothing Inc. is seeking a Fashion Styling & Photo Production Coordinator to join our creative team on a freelance basis. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in menswear, fashion styling, photography, and creative production who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES Support end-to-end fashion styling, PR coordination, e-commerce, and photo production for menswear campaigns, editorial shoots, e-commerce photography, and other creative initiatives. Assist the Fashion Director in developing styling direction, preparing wardrobe and complete looks, and ensuring creative output aligns with brand aesthetics and retailer requirements. Assist with photoshoot preparation and on-set production, including organizing looks, samples, accessories, shot lists, and other creative materials. Coordinate fashion samples, seasonal brand presentations, and product availability, while supporting special brand and retailer requests. Maintain and organize the fashion sample inventory, including tracking incoming and outgoing merchandise. Collaborate across Creative, PR, Customer Service, and Production teams to streamline workflows and coordinate project needs. Support photoshoot logistics and help ensure the timely delivery of high-quality visual content across multiple brands and projects. Assist with additional creative projects, presentations, and departmental needs as required. IDEAL CANDIDATE Fashion-focused, with a strong interest in menswear, styling, photography, and visual storytelling. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage samples, schedules, product information, and multiple projects simultaneously. Visually driven, with a strong eye for styling, proportion, color, and overall presentation. Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs and problem-solve in a fast-moving creative environment. A strong communicator and collaborator who is comfortable working across multiple departments and with different brands. Able to prioritize and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Comfortable assisting both behind the scenes and on set during photoshoots and creative productions. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook. Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Previous experience or education in fashion, styling, photography, e-commerce, visual merchandising, marketing, or creative production is preferred. Knowledge of menswear and tailored clothing is a plus.
