Coordinator - Paint

Location: Colonial Heights, VA, US, 23834 Work Arrangement: Onsite Job Title Coordinator II - Paint Location Richmond Plant 1 What we are looking for We are looking for a Coordinator to play a key role within our Paint department. This position works closely with internal departments to ensure painted parts are completed in a timely manner. Responsibilities Ensures parts are staged according to production schedule. Communicates priorities to the loader and unloaders and hook repairs to the line lead. Confirms that shortages, service parts, and ends are being hung with appropriate colors. Makes sure that parts are inspected and that issues are communicated to line lead. Trains new operators and fills in for operators when needed. Certifies all parts are scanned up and down. Other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma with 3+ years relevant work experience. Must be able to work in the US without company sponsorship. To be a great fit for the role Willingness to go above and beyond for the customer to ensure a premium experience. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Knowledge of Hillphoenix products and parts. Experience with AS400 is a plus. Experience with Salesforce or other Ticketing System.
