Front Office Medical Receptionist

Job Duties Answer incoming telephone calls / emails and responsible for taking messages. Greeting patients and visitors courteously and helpfully. Register old as well as new patients. Scan patient demographics, identifications, and medical insurance into the electronic medical records (EMR) system. Checking patients in and out of the clinic. Help patients with insurance benefits and their paperwork. Collect Co pay/ Deductible/ Self Pay Fees. Schedule appointments with doctors; calling patients to remind & confirm appointments; rescheduling patients from the bump list. Maintaining inventory of office supplies and printed forms. Sending daily summary to admin at end of day. Candidate able to multitask will be good fit. Other duties as assigned by the providers. Cross Cover if needed.
