About PlayersTV

PlayersTV is building athlete-driven sports and culture content for the next generation of fans. We create original series, digital content, social campaigns, and branded storytelling centered around athletes, entertainment, business, and culture.

We're looking for a highly creative Motion Graphics & Brand Designer who can bring bold visual ideas to life across YouTube, social, branded content, and original programming.

This is not a production-only role. We want someone with strong taste, creative instincts, and the ability to build premium visual identities that feel modern, culturally relevant, and platform-native.

What You'll Do

• Create motion graphics, title sequences, animations, and branded visuals for PlayersTV original content
• Design YouTube thumbnails, social assets, digital posters, pitch materials, and promotional graphics
• Develop show branding systems including title treatments, typography systems, logo direction, and graphics packages
• Collaborate with producers, editors, social teams, and leadership to develop creative concepts from idea through execution
• Build visual identities and campaign look-and-feels for athlete storytelling, sports media, and culture-driven content
• Use motion, typography, pacing, and visual storytelling to create engaging digital-first content
• Create graphics optimized for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms
• Incorporate AI-assisted creative tools to accelerate concepting, ideation, and design exploration
• Maintain consistency across projects while elevating the overall creative quality of the brand

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, creative media, or related work
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion design, branding, social content, and digital storytelling
• Advanced proficiency in:
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Photoshop
  • Illustrator
  • Premiere Pro
• Strong understanding of:
  • Typography
  • Layout/composition
  • Motion design
  • Social-first creative
  • Brand systems
• Experience creating:
  • YouTube thumbnails
  • Social campaign graphics
  • Motion packages
  • Show branding
  • Digital marketing assets
• Strong creative taste and the ability to translate concepts into polished, premium visuals
• Ability to move quickly, take feedback well, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for sports, athlete culture, media, entertainment, and storytelling

Bonus Points

• Experience with Cinema 4D or 3D animation tools
• Experience working in sports, entertainment, media, or creator-driven brands
• Experience designing for YouTube-first or social-first content brands
• Familiarity with AI creative workflows and emerging design tools
