Material Handler - 1st Shift

Ready to stand out instead of blend in? This role gives you real ownership. We're looking for a dependable, hands on Material Handler to support Shipping, Receiving, and Production. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to step into a role with responsibility and wants room to grow!

What You'll Do

• Receive, inspect, and store inbound materials
• Support production by staging and returning materials
• Pick, stage, and load outbound shipments
• Operate forklifts and handle bulk offloads
• Keep accurate WMS/ERP transactions and use RF scanners
• Maintain a clean, organized, safety focused warehouse
• Lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time

Who You Are

• Comfortable on a forklift and confident working independently
• Strong communicator with solid English skills (Spanish a plus)
• Detail oriented, reliable, and proactive
• Someone who enjoys owning their space and supporting a small team

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• WMS or ERP system experience preferred
• Forklift experience and/or certification preferred
