Sales Representative - Central Virginia - Emergency Care (Fire/EMS)

Stryker Orthopaedics

Richmond, VA

Responsibilities

Promote and sell Emergency Care products to fire and EMS providers
Build relationships with fire chiefs, medical directors, and administrators
Achieve assigned sales quotas through consultative approach and product demonstrations
Develop expertise in Stryker products and competitor offerings
Ensure customer satisfaction and responsive service delivery

Requirements

High school diploma and 5+ years professional experience
Valid driver's license with good driving record
Ability to move and demonstrate equipment up to 50 pounds
Bachelor's degree preferred
Knowledge of sales reports, budgeting, and project management

Compensation: 100% commission eligible for bonuses and benefits
