Customer Service Rep
Join our team at Domino's Pizza in Florissant, United States, as a Customer Service Representative! We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide exceptional service at our 2500 N HWY 67 location. Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced register
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Strong ability to follow directions and adhere to company procedures
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
