Location: Roswell, GA (Hybrid) 3 days onsite 2 days remote

Duration: 6-9 Month Contract - potential to hire

Pay: $28/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 9:00 AM-6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and provide outstanding support via phone and email.
• Process purchase orders and maintain accurate customer data in ERP/SAP systems.
• Update and manage customer records, contacts, and opportunities in Salesforce.
• Track and resolve customer, order, logistics, and dispatch-related issues.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Accounting, and Marketing teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Generate reports and provide account activity updates to support forecasting, production planning, and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with company financial and audit requirements.
• Follow up with customers regarding products, services, orders, and account needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SAP or ERP experience required.
• Extensive Salesforce experience required.
• 3-5 years of customer service, inside sales support, account management, or order management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills with the ability to manage complex issues to resolution.
• Excellent communication, data entry, grammar, and mathematical skills.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
