Yellowstone Club’s Food Beverage (F&B) department is currently seeking candidates for Servers for the Winter 2026-2027 season! Responsibilities Include: Assist in the set‑up and preparation of the dining outlets for the season Provide food and beverage service to Members and guests with a focus on excellence, consistency of experience specific to each Restaurant Outlet assigned Take and serve orders Know the sequence of service and follow it each time when approaching a table Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation and presentation Attend to Members and guests upon entrance Know or learn Member names immediately Present menus and help Members and guests select food‑beverages Answer questions pertaining to the Restaurant menus Relay any special dietary restrictions and special requests to the culinary staff Work in collaboration with other teammates to meet Member and guest expectations Maintain a clean and organized dining area and work station Perform opening and closing duties as assigned by leadership Maintain table settings, cleanliness, and service throughout the course of the meal Present check in a timely manner May coordinate and instruct other servers. Position Requirements: Minimum 3 months of serving experience in a fine dining restaurant, luxury resort or private club setting Basic computer or point‑of‑sale system skills Able to communicate effectively and speak/write English clearly/legibly Perform basic math calculations Regularly required to talk and/or hear Frequently lift up to 30 pounds Use hands/fingers to handle/lift items Constantly required to stand/walk/climb or balance, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or reach with hands/arms Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Must pass pre‑employment background check, paid for by the employer, which is carried out equally among U.S. workers and H‑2B workers The position offered is a seasonal, full‑time position located in Big Sky, MT.
