Requirements/Responsibilities

Qualified applicants must possess:

- A strong command of verbal and written communication
- A professional demeanor
- Impeccable level of organization
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Proficient in the use of social media
- Proficient in the use of computers, tablets, cameras, and video equipment

Responsibilities:

- Answer phone calls and emails
- Conduct phone screens
- Organize receipts and office paperwork
- Keep the calendar and schedule meetings
- Post content to social media
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Drive to meetings/appointments
- Meet with vendors
- Pick up office supplies/product
- Book travel arrangements
- Record board meeting minutes
