Maxime's is a private member's club by entrepreneur Robin Birley, located on the Upper East Side in Manhattan, New York City.
We are seeking a talented Demi Chef de Partie to join our world-class culinary brigade. With four distinct restaurants, this is an opportunity to work at the very highest level of cuisine. Current opportunities are at our French - Mediterranean restaurant.

What we're looking for:
- Experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in fine dining, Michelin, or luxury hospitality.
- Strong culinary background with a passion for quality, precision and growth.

What you'll be doing:
You'll be working as part of an established culinary team delivering exceptional experiences daily.
