We are seeking a Senior Member of Technical Staff to drive the design and delivery of large-scale, distributed systems within Salesforce's Security ecosystem. This is a hands-on technical role focused on building scalable, reliable, and secure backend services. The role includes end-to-end ownership of complex initiatives, influencing architectural decisions, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-impact solutions at global scale.

Team Overview: Our team leads the development of Security Mesh, a new Salesforce product that connects and analyzes security signals across multiple systems and platforms. This enables detection of complex threats, such as impossible logins occurring simultaneously across non-Salesforce applications, indicating potential account compromise. Insights are surfaced through Security Center and proactively delivered via Agentforce.

Adaptable and results-driven: Comfortable working in a fast-evolving environment built on Salesforce Core and dependent on multiple teams (Data Cloud, Tableau Next, ATF, etc.). Strong collaboration skills: A proactive team player who engages across teams to drive solutions and improvements. Ownership and leadership: Takes full ownership of features end-to-end and actively contributes to design and architectural decisions.
