Radiation Oncologist

Board Certification & Licensing: Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology (MD or DO). Active Illinois (IL) medical license and IL DEA/CSR are required. Schedule & Call Expectations: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM . Some potential calls depending on the confirmed schedule and credentialing. Travel & Reimbursement: Driving Distance: Round-trip mileage & lodging covered. Flights: Indicate necessity on the Stratum form if applicable Reference Requirements: At least two professional references must be completed at the time of presentation. References should be from recent colleagues or medical directors who can attest to the provider s skills, experience, and professionalism.
