Job Description

Lead, inspire, and shape the future of industrial construction projects as a Project Director. You’ll drive high-performing project management teams, ensure operational excellence, and act as the primary client liaison for industrial and cold storage projects. This is a hands-on leadership role where strategy meets execution—overseeing project delivery, guiding teams, managing budgets, and cultivating long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
10+ years in construction project management and team leadership
Proven track record leading large industrial construction projects and teams
Strong financial acumen to manage budgets, cash flow, and profitability
Exceptional leadership, mentorship, and communication skills
Experience guiding design-build projects, risk mitigation, and operational improvements
Ability to maintain and grow client relationships while delivering high-quality project outcomes
