Travel Physical Therapist Opportunity

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home Health experience
• HCHB proficiency
• Physical Therapy license
• Current driver's license

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
• Weekend requirement: 1-2 weekends per month
• Coverage area includes Tarrant County, HEB area, Fort Worth, Azle, Springtown, and Weatherford
• Productivity expectation: 30 points per week
• Responsibilities include PT SOCs, ROCs, evaluations, and treatment visits

Location Highlights

Fort Worth offers a mix of urban amenities and outdoor access, with Sundance Square in downtown and the Fort Worth Stockyards both within about 15 minutes of central neighborhoods. The Fort Worth Cultural District includes the Kimbell Art Museum and the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth, and Trinity Trails provides more than 100 miles of paths for running, biking, and waterfront recreation. Dallas is about 35 miles east for additional dining and entertainment, and Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport is roughly 25 miles away for regional and national travel. Nature options include Eagle Mountain Lake to the northwest and Dinosaur Valley State Park about 75 miles southwest for day trips and hiking.
