Job Summary

Viviano Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Journeyman to join our residential and light commercial team. Youll install, start up, and commission HVAC systems while ensuring quality, safety, and excellent customer service. This role is ideal for a skilled installer who wants long-term stability and growth.

Responsibilities

Install residential & light commercial HVAC systems
Install ductwork, vents, air handlers, condensers & furnaces
Braze, solder, press, and run refrigerant lines
Wire low-voltage and line-voltage connections
Perform system startup, charging, testing & commissioning
Read and follow blueprints and manufacturer specs
Diagnose initial installation issues and make corrections
Maintain clean work areas and proper documentation
Communicate clearly with customers and team members
Support apprentices or helpers as needed

Qualifications

35+ years HVAC installation experience
Ability to install ductwork, gas piping, wiring & refrigerant lines
Strong understanding of system layout and manufacturer instructions
Solid troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
Valid drivers license and good communication skills
Physical ability to perform HVAC installation work
