CMM Programmer – Custom Machine Shop Advance CNC Machining – Grove City, Ohio Salary: Up to $90,000 DOE $5,000 Sign-On Bonus — $2,500 at 90 Days + $2,500 at 6 Months Do you take pride in knowing your measurements are right? What You'll Do As our CMM Programmer, you'll take ownership of the quality of your work and be trusted to get the details right. Your responsibilities will include: Develop andoptimize high‑quality CMM programs using ZEISS Calypso software(for aZEISSContura CMM 10/12/6 RDS with Vast XXT and aZEISSContura CMM 7/10/6 with Vast XT Gold) Proof CMM programs and make necessary adjustments Inspection planning, including ballooning drawings Interpret and analyze CMM reports, measurement results, and part specifications Support troubleshooting and validation activities to achieve FA qualifications quickly and efficiently Collaborate with Quality and Production teams tomake and measure parts correctly the first time Provide insights and recommendations to improve accuracy, repeatability, and efficiency Compensation & Benefits Up to $90,000 salary, depending on experience 401(k) with a 100% employer match up to $5,200 per year 80 hours of PTO in your first year, increasing annually up to 200 hours 6 paid holidays Medical, dental, vision, life, accident, and disability insurance Bonus opportunities What You Bring The right CMM Programmer will understand CMM programming, notice things others might miss, and stand behind your work. The skills needed: 3+ years ofhands‑onCalypso programming experience (required) Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T Thorough understanding of dimensional metrology principlesand applications Competitive programming times Excellent communication andproblem‑solvingskills CMM inspection experience with curve forms, maximum material condition, and advanced GD&T (preferred, notrequired) Familiarity with machining, especially 4- and 5-axis milling (preferred, notrequired) Why Advance CNC?
