CNC Operator – Off Shift

Advance CNC Machining – Grove City, Ohio
Monday–Thursday | 4:00 PM–2:30 AM
Up to $25/hour DOE

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus — $500 at 90 Days + $500 at 6 Months

Advance CNC Machining is a growing precision manufacturing company looking for a CNC Operator to join our 2nd shift team.

This is a great role for someone who is steady and thoughtful in their work. You don't need someone constantly looking over your shoulder. You stay focused, follow the process, keep your work area organized, and speak up when something doesn't look right.

What You'll Do

As a CNC Operator, you'll be responsible for operating CNC machines and making sure the parts you produce meet our quality standards.

• Operate  Makino 4- and 5-axis CNC machining centers , many with automation
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, tolerances, and CMM reports
• Load materials, change tools, and make offsets
• Inspect parts using  calipers, micrometers, CMMs, and other precision measuring equipment
• Complete production and inspection documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Compensation & Benefits

• Up to $25/hour, depending on experience
• 401(k) with a 100% employer match up to $5,200 per year
• 80 hours of PTO in your first year, increasing annually up to 200 hours

The skills needed:

• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to read blueprints and understand basic GD&T
• Experience with precision measurement tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• CNC machining, machine operation, mechanical, maintenance, or manufacturing experience is a plus
• Experience with 4-5 axis Makino machines is highly preferred
