This position involves administrative support for IT functions such as media services, service desk, and knowledge management. Responsibilities include loading and unloading tapes, cataloging tapes, preparing tapes for shipping, and burning CDs. Additionally, the role includes assisting with the creation of knowledge articles and ongoing documentation functions, supporting technical staff with tasks, backups, user requests, and other EOC-related activities.
