Position Overview Ryder is hiring a Class B CDL Truck Driver in Spring Hill, TN. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits available. Key Details Weekly pay: $1,051 or more (approx hourly $26.28) Hours per week: 40‑45 or more Schedule: Monday – Friday, start at 6:00 AM Route: Local Home Daily Tractor type: 26′ Box Truck Freight: Occasional piece unload, mostly No Touch – Automotive Parts Benefits Boot allowance provided Drivers are the captain and have safety decision authority 401(k) rollover with company match at 1 year 12 weeks paid maternity leave (subject to eligibility) Employee discounts on tools, vehicles, travel, tech & more Responsibilities Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standards, and guidelines. Detect, eliminate or minimize safety hazards; maintain accurate records and logs. Load and unload freight or assist as required by the customer. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum 21 years of age. Pass a Ryder Drug Test, Background & Motor Vehicle check, DOT physical, and Ryder road test. Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements. Must have Class A or Class B verifiable experience: either 9 months within last 3 years, 2 years within last 5 years, or 5 years within last 10 years. Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions. Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
