Truck Driver CDL B Home Daily Solo

Position Description Ryder is hiring a Class B CDL Truck Driver in Lexington, KY. This role offers weekly pay, paid training, and a career with benefits. Hourly Pay: $25.00 per hour Hours per week: 50+ hours Schedule: Monday – Friday Start time: varies Location: Kentucky, Home daily route Tractor type: Straight truck Equipment: pallet jack, stair walkers, forklifts Freight: heavy touch – medical supplies TWIC card preferred Responsibilities Ensuring compliance with federal/state laws, regulations, and agency rules. Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards and maintaining accurate records and logs. Loading/unloading freight or assisting in loading/unloading as required by customer. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum 21 years of age. Pass a Ryder drug test and Background and Motor Vehicle Check. Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test. Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements. Must have Class A or Class B verifiable experience in a tractor‑trailer or comparable vehicle: 9 months within past 3 years OR 2 years within last 5 years OR 5 years within last 10 years. Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions. Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
