Java Full Stack Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer for a Contract with a client in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable full-stack applications, building secure backend services, responsive user interfaces, and robust database solutions to support business requirements .

Rate Range: $37/hour to $45/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


Java Full Stack Developer Job Responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, React/Angular, and modern web technologies.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs, backend services, and database solutions to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces while ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimal user experience.
• Implement and support DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker containerization, cloud deployments, and application monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality software solutions in an Agile environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8-10 years of experience in Full Stack Java Development, building enterprise-scale web applications and distributed systems.
• Strong expertise in Core Java (8+), Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful API development, and front-end technologies including React or Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, Docker, CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitHub Actions), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Agile development methodologies.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $45.00 per hour
