This role acts as the central point of coordination-ensuring the right In-home Sales Representatives are assigned to the right opportunities to maximize revenue and efficiency. Manage and prioritize hot, warm, and cold leads to maximize conversion opportunities. Coordinate scheduling between customers and sales representatives. Monitor lead flow and adjust assignments to ensure balanced coverage and productivity. Follow up on unsold estimates and open opportunities. Communicate with field sales reps to ensure alignment on schedules and expectations. Track activity, maintain accurate records, and support reporting needs. Provide a high level of customer service through outbound and inbound communication. Qualifications What You NeedAt least 1 year of Dispatch, Customer Services (inbound/outbound) or Sales Coordinator experience. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working in an in-office, phone-heavy role. Flexible availability for assigned shifts and occasional weekends.
