Requirements Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills Takes Initiative to Make Things Happen Leads by Example and Encourages Others A Servant's Heart Has a Team Mindset Takes Ownership Proven Leadership Experience History in Another Restaurant and/or Other Industry Role Be at least 18 years old Have a High School Diploma or equivalent Responsibilities Create a positive work environment for everyone Coach, Teach, and Train Team Members on policies and procedures Maintain personal knowledge of Chick‑fil‑A standards from training, stay up-to-date on in‑house communications, initiate communications with team personnel to ensure compliance Work in both Front of House and Kitchen Roles to serve guests with excellence Create Emotional Connections with guests Keep the restaurant neat, clean and orderly at all times Open and/or Close the Restaurant leading the shift as a key holder Identify and mobilize solutions for process execution gaps and/or areas that need attention Use technology to place orders, give feedback, troubleshoot problems, and support restaurant operations #J-18808-Ljbffr Workstream
