Early Stage Transmission Sr Project Manager

Role Description

Early-Stage Project Manager – Transmission & Substation (remote, travel up to 25%) – Juno Beach, FL

• Start Date: ASAP
• Type: Temporary Project
• Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
• Work Setting: Location Juno Beach. Remote is an option for qualified candidates.

Required:

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL
• Experience with high-voltage transmission and substation project management
• Experience managing capital projects exceeding $100 million in budget
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across Development, Land, Environmental, Legal, Regulatory, Procurement, Engineering, and Operations
• Experience preparing RFP packages to source engineering, survey, geotechnical, LiDAR, and construction services
• Experience with project scope, schedule, and budget integration
• Availability to travel domestically and to Canada (~25%)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management

Preferred:

• PMP Certification

Responsibilities:

• Lead development of project scope, budget, schedule, procurement, engineering, permitting, and land plans to ensure projects are execution-ready
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams through pre-construction activities across Development, Land, Environmental, Legal, Regulatory, Procurement, Engineering, and Operations
• Manage integration across project scope, schedule, and budget
• Prepare RFP packages to competitively source engineering, survey, geotechnical, LiDAR, and construction services
• Support Estimating with detailed scope and assumptions for financial models
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Provide progress, issue, and risk updates to management
