Position: Program Manager (Job Id – 98153-1)

Location: El Dorado Hills CA 95762 OR Long Beach CA (Hybrid - office visits use hoteling space)

Duration: 6 Months + Possible Extension

• Specifically, this contractor will be commissioned to continue the Integrated Platform and Product Operating Model (IPPOM) and its transformation into a technology product-centric organization.
• Lead and execute moderately complex initiatives to improve IT services.
• Apply subject matter expertise to design and implement process improvements.
• Provide data-driven recommendations on cost transparency, service performance, and workforce utilization.
• Promote adoption of best practices through documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Contribute to strategic planning and business case development.
• Work with cross-functional teams on technical and non-technical matters related to the successful launch of products and solutions.
• Manage large projects or processes that span outside of the immediate job area.
• Communicate and collaborate closely with clients
