Program/Product Manager (Job Id – 98153-1) Location: El Dorado Hills, CA 95762 OR Long Beach, CA (Hybrid – office visits use hoteling space) Duration: 6 Months + Possible Extension Hybrid Role & Only W2 Candidates. Candidate must be authorized to work in USA without requiring sponsorship. Responsibilities Commissioned to continue the Integrated Platform and Product Operating Model (IPPOM) and its transformation into a technology product‑centric organization. Lead and execute moderately complex initiatives to improve IT services. Apply subject matter expertise to design and implement process improvements. Provide data‑driven recommendations on cost transparency, service performance, and workforce utilization. Promote adoption of best practices through documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement. Contribute to strategic planning and business case development. Work with cross‑functional teams on technical and non‑technical matters related to the successful launch of products and solutions. Manage large projects or processes that span outside of the immediate job area. Communicate and collaborate closely with clients.
