ROLL FORMING CORPORATION IS LOOKING FOR SKILLED MIG WELDERS! EARN $22-$26/HR | SHELBYVILLE, KY, APPLY TODAY

Job Summary: We are hiring MIG Welders to perform repair welds on parts missed by robotic welders and help produce high-quality components for large warehouse and distribution center projects. Candidates must be able to read blueprints, maintain production standards, and pass a weld test.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG repair welds on metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Inspect welds and make repairs as needed
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality

Requirements:

• MIG welding experience required
• Ability to pass a weld test
• Blueprint reading experience
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience around robotic welding equipment is a plus

Open Shifts:

• 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday 22.50/HR
• Weekend 1st Shift: Friday - Sunday 25.50/HR
• Weekend 2nd Shift: Friday - Sunday 23.50

This is a Contract position based out of Shelbyville, KY.

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $27.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Shelbyville,KY.
