Job Description

Performs new business development of asset-based loans to middle-market companies. Develops the prospective customer, analyzes the deal, makes a proposal by properly structuring and pricing the transaction opposite the perceived credit risk, writes a credit memorandum for approval from senior management, and successfully closes the transaction by working with the Bank's legal counsel to document the deal. Develops and maintains referral source contacts including accountants, attorneys, equity/mezzanine sources, correspondents, and affiliates.

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree finance, accounting or other related field. Eight or more years of new business lender experience. Three or more years of management experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Strong leadership abilities and strategic management skills. Thorough knowledge of new business lending and relation to industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Well-developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $143,905.00 - $169,300.00
