Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Wester Mental Psychological Service, your responsibilities will include:

• Establishing a positive and trusting rapport with clients to foster a therapeutic alliance.

• Diagnosing and treating various mental health disorders through individual and group therapy sessions.

• Collaborating with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that consider their unique needs, background, and circumstances.

• Conducting regular follow-up sessions to assess progress, adapt treatment plans as necessary, and provide ongoing support.

• Referring clients to external specialists or resources when needed to ensure comprehensive care.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment outcomes within our EHR system.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:
