Work Environment\n

This full-time position allows you to work remotely, providing you with the flexibility to balance professional and personal commitments. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured yet adaptable work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify the specific needs of clients.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices that address the unique challenges faced by each client or family.

• Facilitate ongoing therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities to effectively support client progress.

• Monitor clients' developmental progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans and interventions as indicated by clinical findings.

• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements by maintaining accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client interactions.

• Participate actively in clinical consultations, peer supervisions, and team meetings to foster professional development and collaborative learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Divine Mercy Psychiatry, you will engage with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a myriad of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your ability to offer culturally responsive interventions will be crucial in creating safe spaces for clients to explore their concerns and achieve healing.

Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in California.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members.

• Comfort and proficiency in working autonomously while also thriving in a multidisciplinary team environment.

• Familiarity with DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and trauma-informed care practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• 1 to 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred; however, newly licensed therapists are encouraged to showcase their passion and skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
