Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Licensed Practical Nurse role based in Rockville, MD. The LPN will provide direct patient care, including obtaining vital signs, administering medications, assisting with procedures, and supporting infusion under the supervision of licensed providers. Daily responsibilities include preparing patients for examinations, documenting clinical information accurately in the medical record, and ensuring treatment rooms and equipment are properly stocked and maintained. The LPN will coordinate patient flow, provide education on care plans and medications, and respond to patient questions and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. The role also involves collaboration with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and administrative staff to support efficient clinic operations and high-quality patient experiences. Qualifications Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Maryland and graduation from an accredited practical nursing program. Clinical care skills, including medication administration, vital sign monitoring, basic assessments, and assisting with procedures in outpatient or specialty care settings. Experience or strong interest in neurology, infusion therapy, or physical therapy environments. Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems, accurate clinical documentation, and adherence to privacy and compliance standards. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and provide clear patient education. Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage patient flow, prioritize tasks, and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment. Commitment to patient-centered care, professionalism, reliability, and maintaining infection control and safety protocols.
