What You’ll Do Innovation & Strategic Leadership Help define and advance innovation strategies that align technology investments with business objectives. Identify emerging trends and evaluate their potential business impact. Develop future‑state technology roadmaps and strategic recommendations. Champion innovation initiatives that improve efficiency, customer experience, and business outcomes. Enterprise Advisory & Solution Design Provide thought leadership on complex business and technology challenges. Collaborate with business and technology leaders to shape solution approaches. Assess opportunities for modernization and digital transformation. Translate business needs into actionable strategies and technology direction. Stakeholder Engagement & Influence Build alignment across diverse teams and leadership groups. Facilitate conversations between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Present recommendations and innovation concepts to executive audiences. Drive consensus on priorities, investments, and transformation efforts. Continuous Improvement & Emerging Technologies Explore new ways to create value and improve organizational capabilities. Monitor industry developments and emerging technologies. Guide pilot programs, proofs of concept, and innovation experiments. Promote best practices for scalable, sustainable solutions. What You Bring Background leading enterprise-level technology, innovation, or transformation initiatives. Experience working across business and technical teams to deliver strategic outcomes. Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. Familiarity with enterprise architecture, digital transformation, or technology strategy practices. Strong problem‑solving, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience influencing decisions without relying solely on direct authority. Typically brings significant experience in technology leadership, consulting, innovation, or business transformation environments.
