Job Summary:

Responsibilities:  

• Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans 

• Provide physical therapy treatments, such as exercises, stretches, and modalities, as directed by the physical therapist 

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatments and progress 

• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care 

• Participate in patient education and training programs to promote independence and empowerment 

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control standards

Requirements:  

• To be hired as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you must graduate from an accredited program, pass the national licensing exam, and obtain a state license in the state of this facility.
