Senior Estimator Lead - Leadership, Growth & Client Impact

Role Overview This leading estimation role provides leadership and direction to the Estimating team while playing a key role in driving strategic growth and project selection. This position blends team leadership with client engagement, networking, and business development, focused on building long‑term, trusted relationships across the industry. You will be responsible for overseeing budgets, team performance, and departmental standards, while providing final review and approval of estimates to ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with business objectives. This is a highly visible, high‑impact role where your expertise directly influences project outcomes, client partnerships, and overall company growth.
