A Brief Overview The Financial Analyst (FA) supports core financial processes and delivers insights to help drive business performance. This role partners with cross‑functional teams to assist in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis while building a strong foundation in financial planning and business partnership. The ideal candidate will exhibit a high degree of curiosity and collaborative spirit, understanding that financial improvements are made through partnership, business understanding, and critical thinking. What You Will Do Build and maintain accurate budgets, forecasts, and risks and opportunities. Develop and maintain financial models to forecast performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify trends and opportunities. Interpret and communicate financial analysis results and recommendations to stakeholders. Build and improve upon mechanisms that enable improved business performance. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and other finance teams. Provide accurate and timely reports. Interpret and present data insights to leadership and key stakeholders. What You'll Need Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or related field required. 1+ years of relevant experience required. Experience with data visualization tool Tableau; ability to create dashboards and visualizations. Excellent analytical skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. You are required to work in the office at least 4 days a week. Changes to work location arrangements are subject to managerial approval and business needs.
