Job Type: Direct Placement Pay: $150,000 to $160,000 Per Year BOE Responsibilities: Company Leader. Independent decision making. Responsible for a single department or functional area either as a manager or functional expert. Initiates and maintains relationships with key staff and other departments. Plays a role in company business strategy development and execution. Makes authoritative decisions and recommendations having important impact on activities of the company with the direction of RK Electrical President and General Manager. Demonstrates a high degree of creativity, foresight and mature judgment in anticipating and solving unprecedented complexities. Determines program objectives and requirements, organizing programs and projects and developing standards and guidelines for diverse activities. Proven specialist expertise, typically 7-10 years of experience, including fiscal responsibilities. College/university graduate or equivalent combination of skills or equivalent combination and experience generally expected for specified technical roles. Qualifications: Indirect supervision. Requires the use of advanced techniques and knowledge within his/her function. Applies diversified knowledge of applicable principles and practices to a broad variety of assignments. Makes decisions independently regarding complexities and methods. Supervision and guidance related largely to overall objectives, critical issues, new concepts and policy matters. Liaison to groups within and outside of his/her organization with responsibility to act independently regarding matters pertaining to his/her function. College/University graduate with 7 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of skills and experience generally expected for specified technical roles. Physical Requirements: Must be aware of OSHA safety standards May be exposed to heights and loud noises May need to occasionally climb stairs and/or ladders. Occasional stooping, kneeling, and bending May need to lift up to 25 pounds on occasion. Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard. Light to moderate lifting may be required occasionally Pay Transparency The anticipated salary range for this position is $150,000 to $160,000 Per Year, based on relevant factors such as experience, skills, education, internal equity, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process by the hiring authority.
