Assistant Office Manager

LEBANON NORTH NURSING & REHAB, located in Lebanon, Missouri is currently seeking an Assistant Office Manager to join our team. Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities: Greet visitors Answer incoming calls in a professional manner and determine purpose of call and transfer call Take and deliver messages Provide general administrative and clerical support including scanning, faxing and copying to management Schedule appointments and interviews Assist with Recruitment and Onboarding Generate reports and other documents Maintain front desk procedures including contact information, directions and frequently asked questions Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails Assist with Accounts Payables Assist with other duties as assigned.
