Maintenance Technician - Direct Hire Nashua, NH | 3rd Shift | Up to $36/hour + 25% Shift Differential Are you an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician looking for a stable direct-hire opportunity with excellent benefits and long-term career growth? Job Duties Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex manufacturing equipment and automated systems. Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PLC-related equipment issues to minimize downtime. Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, technical manuals, and maintenance documentation. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to support production and quality standards. Complete maintenance records, work orders, and parts inventory transactions using CMMS software. Assist with facility maintenance needs, including basic plumbing, welding, and general building upkeep. Support safe operations while working in a manufacturing and chemical-processing environment. Respond to emergency maintenance situations and work overtime as needed for equipment coverage. Qualifications Technical certificate or at least 2 years of industrial equipment maintenance experience required. Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing setting. Working knowledge of AC/DC power systems, PLCs, industrial controls, computers, and automated equipment. Experience with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and safe work practices. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
