Location: Nashua, NH
Payrate: $26.40-$38.40/HR
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
Shift Options

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM — 15% shift differential
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM — 20% shift differential

Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of facility systems and production equipment. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, repairs, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility.
The Maintenance Technician will work closely with Operations, Engineering, EHS, and other departments to identify equipment issues, determine root causes, and implement effective solutions that improve equipment reliability, safety, and overall productivity.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Maintain and repair industrial equipment, including rollers, pumps, ventilation, exhaust systems, and related components.
• Troubleshoot and repair automated equipment controlled by PLCs and HMIs.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical documentation.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
• Diagnose equipment failures and utilize root cause analysis to identify and implement long-term solutions.
• Support continuous improvement projects focused on safety, efficiency, and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, EHS, Security, and other departments on maintenance activities and facility improvement projects.
• Communicate effectively with the maintenance team and other departments to coordinate work and resolve equipment issues.
• Follow all company safety procedures, environmental regulations, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with mechanical and electrical/electronic systems.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment, including pumps, rollers, ventilation, and exhaust systems.
• Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment and HMIs.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work hands-on in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Training & Development
During the first 3–12 months, the Maintenance Technician will receive hands-on training and exposure to various facility systems and processes, including:

• Learning the facility's Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) system and assisting with troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs.
• Learning the wastewater treatment system and assisting with troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs.
• Developing proficiency with the facility's mechanical, electrical, and automated control systems.

Work Environment

• Fully on-site position in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Requires frequent interaction with production operators, engineering personnel, EHS teams, security staff, and other departments.
• Position involves hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production and facility equipment.
• Must be able to follow all applicable safety, environmental, and quality requirements.

Pay Details: $26.40 to $38.40 per hour
