Maintenance Technician (part time)

Maintenance TechnicianSeeking an energetic, responsible, and dependable maintenance technician to work part time (24-28 hours) at an elderly housing facility in Nashua.Must be organized, self-motivated, and have proven proficiency with basic painting, carpentry, plumbing and electrical work. Under direction, will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds.
