Production Worker

What You’ll Do

Gemini Industries is hiring a Production Worker for our onsite manufacturing team in Roxana, IL. This entry-level, full-time role helps keep our production lines running smoothly so we can meet customer ship-date deadlines.

Key responsibilities include operating small pieces of equipment in departments such as air freshener and digital; staying on task in a production-paced setting; and working on your feet for most of the shift. Limited lifting up to 50 lbs may be required.

Required qualifications/skills:
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistent quality
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Experience in manufacturing or running small equipment is preferred, but not required

-1 year manufacturing experience preferred

A Typical Shift

You’ll clock in, get a quick update on the day’s priorities, and head to your assigned area. Most of the shift is spent moving between your workstation and nearby supply areas, keeping materials stocked and your output on pace. You’ll work alongside teammates and check in with a lead when priorities change or an order needs extra attention. Breaks are scheduled, and the day wraps up with a brief handoff so the next shift (or the next day) can start smoothly.
