About Us We are a growing network of four AFC clinics across Boulder County (Louisville, two Boulder locations, and Longmont). Our days are busy, dynamic, and highly rewarding. Position Overview We are looking for a confident, compassionate, multitasking rockstar of a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. Our clinics move fast—so strong clinical skills, efficiency, and the ability to think on your feet are essential. What You’ll Do Provide thorough, patient-centered urgent care to the highest scope, not just prescribe everyone antibiotics Diagnose and treat a wide range of common illnesses and injuries Interpret X-rays (first reads) and EKGs Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients Document efficiently and accurately Participate in new procedures or service lines as we grow Collaborate with an experienced, supportive provider team Contribute to a culture rooted in kindness, teamwork, and clinical excellence What We’re Looking For Licensed NP or PA in Colorado Minimum 1 year of NP/PA experience required (urgent care preferred) DEA license + willingness to obtain DOT and Workers Comp certifications Excellent multitasking and decision-making skills Strong interpersonal abilities Passion for patient-centered care Team-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute to an amazing culture Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume clinic What We Offer A family-oriented culture where you feel supported, valued, and appreciated Strong work-life balance Competitive pay: $65–$75/hr (based on experience) PLUS monthly bonus Monthly performance bonuses- opportunity for up to $20 additional per hour with the bonus Flexible scheduling 100% employer-paid malpractice coverage Supportive, highly trained medical staff User-friendly EMR plus an AI scribe for charting efficiency On-site digital X-ray On-site CLIA-approved lab with CBC and CMP POC testing A leadership team that listens, cares, and advocates for you Schedule Full-time 30–40 hours/week Two weekend shifts per month required Clinic hours: Mon–Fri: 8am–8pm Sat–Sun: 8am–5pm If you’re looking for a place where your skills matter, culture matters, and you matter—come join our AFC family.
