Work Environment\n

This role offers a flexible remote work setting, allowing you to serve clients without the necessity of commuting. However, periodic in-person meetings with team members and client visits may be required, fostering collaborative relationships and seamless service delivery. Our team operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours to accommodate urgent client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for clients in the detox center, evaluating their mental health, emotional well-being, and social circumstances.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families, incorporating therapeutic goals and strategies.

• Provide individual and group counseling to clients, helping them to navigate the emotional challenges associated with detoxification and recovery.

• Advocate for clients within the healthcare system and ensure they have access to pertinent community resources, including support groups and educational workshops.

• Facilitate regular check-ins and modify care plans based on observed progress, client feedback, and emerging needs.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—such as medical staff, nurses, and counselors—to coordinate cohesive care delivery.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of case notes, treatment plans, and progress reports in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on adults undergoing detoxification from substance use. Qualifications\n
