Promote the Johnson Controls value proposition to building owners by providing technical solutions and operational expertise. Build and manage long‑term customer relationships and partnerships with target and managed accounts. Ensure customer satisfaction and position renewable service agreements as the foundation of managed account relationships. Perform the sales process to cultivate and manage long‑term relationships and seek, qualify and close new sales opportunities. Obtain and close sales on a monthly basis, and seek to expand the depth and breadth of Johnson Controls offerings within an account. How you will do it Sell Johnson Controls offerings persuasively, persistently and confidently to building owners at the D-level while reaching optimal profit levels. Focus on improving existing buildings to help owners achieve business objectives. Manage ongoing opportunities, particularly selling services and retrofits, including renewals and multi‑year agreements. Build partnering relationships with owners or owner representatives who influence decisions. Actively listen, probe and identify concerns; understand the customer's business and speak their language. What we look for Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or equivalent. Minimum of five (5) years of progressive field sales experience. At least two years successfully selling HVAC or building automation system service or projects. Strong commitment to integrity and quality in business.
