This is a step beyond Senior‑level responsibilities and ideal for someone ready to supervise engagements and mentor teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion Serve as the primary client contact on assigned engagements Apply strong knowledge of GAAP and financial statement presentation Research and resolve accounting and audit‑related issues Review workpapers and financial statements prepared by staff and seniors Supervise, train, and mentor audit team members Develop a deep understanding of each client's business operations Support additional accounting and advisory services as needed Primarily local travel within the Phoenix metro area What Our Client Is Looking For 4–6 years of public accounting audit experience Active CPA license (or actively pursuing CPA license) Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Master's degree in Accounting Prior experience acting as an in‑charge Senior or Supervisor Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills Professional, dependable, and team‑oriented mindset Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines Commitment to delivering high‑quality client service Compensation Bonus potential and clear growth path included Why This Opportunity This is more than a title change—you'll be joining a firm that genuinely values balance, collaboration, and leadership development .
