Description The Dimond Business Unit - Commercial Lines employees work in a team approach with the Commercial Lines Sales Executives and our carrier partners. They place new business and service existing customers, while maintaining strong relationships with all involved parties. Seasonal Half-Day Fridays Growth Opportunities Mission-Driven Work People-First Culture Supportive team environment with growth potential Responsibilities Market new and existing business to carriers to provide insurance solutions with the Sales Executive and Marketer Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, partner carriers, and internal team Partner with Sales Executives on new business and renewal strategies Create professional Proposals and Renewal Summaries utilizing AMS360 Review all documents for accuracy and completeness Provide high quality service including responding to requests for change endorsements, proof of insurance, and answering coverage questions Desired Qualifications Strong PC skills, with the ability to effectively utilize the agency's management systems and Microsoft software products, and carrier resources Ability to work within a fast-paced, changing environment Pro-active, with the initiative to prioritize and meet deadlinesAbility to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing Excellent interpersonal skills High-level customer service, organization, and attention to detail Ability to function well in a high-paced, and at times, stressful environment Professional and positive attitude Team player that collaborates well with others Education And Experience Active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License Minimum Previous 5 years’ experience as a successful Commercial Lines Account Executive About the Organization Dimond Bros.
